SPECIAL SOLAR KIT FOR THE BEGINNER

This Solar Kit is especially good for the beginner to learn just what a Solar Panel can do. The kit has a 4volt @ 100ma solar panel, 2AA NiMH rechargeable batteries and battery holder, a blocking diode, a solar motor, a 2 blade propeller, a bright yellow LED and instructions on what this kit can do. The Solar Panel when placed in the Sun or under a 75 Watt light bulb, can light up the LED by itself. It can also make the motor run and the propeller turn. The panel, when hooked up to the batteries and placed in the Sun, can charge the batteries up. The blocking diode prevents discharging when not in the Sun (at night or in the shade ). You can then run the light and the motor together, or by themselves, operating off the batteries.
