The Solar Panel when placed in the Sun or under a 75 Watt light bulb,
can light up the LED by itself.
It can also make the motor run and the propeller turn.
The panel, when hooked up to the batteries
and placed in the Sun, can charge the batteries up.
The blocking diode prevents discharging when not in the Sun
(at night or in the shade).
 You can then run the light and the motor together,
or by themselves, operating off the batteries!!!
