Hi, Nice web site! Have you ever thought of using these solar cells

at shown in the pic to increase your fun time? It is so easy you wont believe it!

My son is still working on his boat. The cells are laying on thin Styrofoam. I used the electrical silicon rubber that I got at Lowes to bond the cells to the foam. I just used a small dot to hold the cells in place. These cells are easy to solder because they are thicker than the light blue solar cells. Since each cell is 0.5V @ 2000MA I am using 14 of them that will give me 7 volts. Yes 14 watts of power for extra fun, charge during the day and run at night with using leds for lights.

	These solar cells have full solder on the back and a solder busbar on the front.
	The front of the solar cell is positive and the back negative.
	These are single crystal solar cells. The cell thickness is approximately 0.016".
	Minimum order on these cells is $10.00 plus $6.00 for S&H.

GRAB-BAG of SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS

These bags contain an assortment of chipped, broken, odd pieces of poly-crystalline cells that are simply put into bags from a box of cells that have been handled and broken. Many of these can be soldered together to make a Solar panel. Each piece is about 0.4-0.5V. The amount of current derived depends on the size of the piece. It can have anywhere from 20ma to 300ma or 400ma. These are random selected pieces.
